Oh yes. It started Friday afternoon...snow. Jason barely made it in time for rehersal....with everyone else lol. Mollie and Trae didn't get in until after 9p (rehersal was at 6p)- following the snowplow into town! Jason, Nicolle and Scott, my StepParents, and Bill and Dianne all passed a snowplow that wrecked and was on fire in the middle of the highway! It was CRAZY. Jason said he'd never been that scared driving.

Me and one of my brothers. He was beginning to get on my nerves lol. We're a lot closer now than we were ever growing up. They all claim Tyler is my favorite *rolls eyes* lol. I dunno about 'favorite'.....okay well maybe lol *shrugs*;) Jason and I are just close to him and Trista- we get together a lot and do things. I talk to Ty and Trista both a lot via phone or email, and if Ty didn't call Jason on a Friday you'd think the world was ending *rolls eyes*.

Not me. I wore that damn dress ALL night long man. In 11 inches of snow with my boots on and all thank you very much. I had them bustle the back (which was gorgeous and we paid entirely too much money not to do and wear it like that for the rest of the night lol- there was no way I was taking that thing off man lol! I'll never wear it again....and if you think my daughter will you're nuts....it'll be old and ugly and out of style by then lol...)

Tyler and I are probably closest out of all my siblings. I talk to him a lot during the week, and we go out to hang with them often. Honestly....who knows *shrugs*. He looks like a freak though lol. I dunno if he's just playin or if Trae was purposely getting his tattoos. The last name down the arm is the latest one. The other he got when he turned 18- the cross and then our Mom's initials. They all have something for Mom....and give me crap for not *rolls eyes*. Maybe eventually....but it would never be anything like that. I don't like it. And she'd totally kick their asses for it if she were around (which then there wouldn 't be a point in having them, but you kwim...). Especially Trent. He's got her whole name tattooed on his forearm *rolls eyes*. He did it.....b/c my Dad and MJ were pissed over Tyler's and forbid Trent from coming home with anything that had to do with our Mom (b/c it supposedly hurt MJ's feelings *rolls eyes*). That was about the dumbest thing they could ever do. I think it looks weird....she'd hate it....and God and everyone is forever asking who "Cindy Renee Best" is lol, thinking it's his gf or something lol (he regrets it now actually). Trae has the date of her death around one wrist....I think that's dumb too but whatever (I haven't said that though....I'm not quite that bitchy lol). I know she'd not like it...besides, why can't you commemorate a date thats a happy one, ya know? Why focus on the bad. Anyway....the 'plan' is to get mine when Jason gets his after the ironman deal in Sept. Trae drew a pair of angel wings around my Mom's initials in old english for an art project in school. I had him redo me some wings (only much smaller obviously) like them, and then I'm taking something with her signature on it and using the "C" from her signature to put in the middle of them. I want it on my foot....so it's going to hurt like a mother and I'm not looking forward to it lol. But I'll love it after, so whatever, I'm game. I just like it better than actually putting her name someplace or whatever *shrugs*. It's more personal....and no one on the face of the planet will even know it's got any meaning behind it if I don't tell them first. I like that.

Me and Jeanie....well and Steve getting in on the shot lol. They're the best. We've been really blessed in that department- Steve raised us when he was married to our Mom. We spent more time with him than anyone else. My Dad never came to any of our activities or school functions or anything like that, but Steve has always been there for all four of us like that, even after my Mom and him split up. He married Jean a few years later, and I guess you'd say we were part of the package lol *shrugs*. They've played the role my Dad and Stepmom should have for most of my life. We're closer to the two of them actually and see them more. Jean is the best thing that ever happened to my little sister and brother, even my Mom knew that. I feel like we've always been close also, but obviously she played more of a Mom influence to me after I lost mine. It's neat- she's sort of a combo of a Mom and a Sister in one. She was a huge support and help to me when I was pregnant with Jaeli, and when she was born- it made not having my own Mom there much more easier than I anticipated. They're Papa and Nana where Jaeli's concerned and I'm grateful for that too- it was something I stressed about when I was pregnant with her....not having my Mom and not being close to my Dad....it bothered me to think Jaeli would have a lacking in the grandparent area there. Obviously she never has though lol. Anyway yeah lol...

So this is my 'other stepmom' lol, Jean. She is married to Steve. Steve is who I still call my stepdad, but was my Mom's second husband (dad of Abby and Colby...well and now Lexy...you get the point though) and raised us growing up pretty much. He married Jean, and she pretty much took us all on as her own. She rocks- we love her! She's probably more of a stepmom figure to me than my actual one.
